The EOC Cranial Companion App was created for COMP Chair of NMM/OMM Rebecca Giusti, DO ’03, to demonstrate the motion and axes of the different cranial strain patterns from a 3D perspective immediately within the reference text for student visualization. Students scan a coded badge in the workbook, similar to a QR code, that then displays the 3D interactive model on their mobile device. Here, the app is demonstrating what an occipital and sphenoid area looks like.
