Registering and Completing Required Research Training courses in CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative)

The Office of Research and Biotechnology has streamlined the required training platform for all research regulatory committees and adopted the CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) for such required courses.  This presentation will highlight the new training platform,  guide users through the registration process and highlight specific courses required for each research committee and lab access.

Objectives:

At the end of this lecture, participants will be able to:

1. Register and complete the CITI profile.
2. Recognize training requirements for each research committee and lab access.
3. Anticipate common causes that may lead to incorrect or missing training on the CITI dashboard.
