In this CETL session, we will showcase two concise, yet impactful TED Talk presentations centered around the theme of gratitude and cultivating positive mindsets for personal growth. In the first video, Psychologist Christina Costa presents “How Gratitude Rewires your Brain,” sharing her transformative journey through a life-changing moment that enabled her to “rewire her brain” and positively overcome her challenges. In the second clip, Andrea Driessen discusses “The Profound Power of Gratitude and Living Eulogy,” offering insights into building a positive lifestyle. The goal of this session is to provide a platform for self-reflection and encourage participants to embrace the shared tools in developing positive habits.
